MRead attending DSEI in London in September 2025

Adam Modd and I were in London attending DSEI UK UK as part of Team Defence Australia which is driven by the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) and the Australian Capability and Sustainment Group who are such strong supporters of small Australian companies. David Coghlan AO and Gavin Turnbull Air, Vice-Marshal (Retired) AM GAICD lead a very special team. We had a very busy few days ahead in London with DSEI and then we deployed to Ukraine next week which may be a bit sporty.We will be catching up with UNDP Ukraine, United Nations Mine Action Service (UNMAS) and the Aussie Ambassador H.E. Paul Lehmann.

We have very exciting visits planned with our staunch partner The HALO Trust, as well as Norwegian People's Aid / Norsk Folkehjelp Aid, MAG (Mines Advisory Group) the Swiss FSD and Danish Refugee Council / Dansk Flygtningehjælp.

We will importantly visit the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Economy to see where we can help with the scourge of landmines they are enduring. A cracking trip ahead of us and what a start!
